A new year is upon us faced with excitement and many uncertainties. But rather that be woeful of uncertainty — I say let’s embrace change and move forward with focus and determination. Personally I have decided this is a year of positive change and learning for myself, both personally and professionally. I am reminded of a quote by John F. Kennedy in an address he made in West Germany in 1963, “Change is the law of life. And those who look only to the past or the present are certain to miss the future.”
